Dr. Nancy McCullum is a graduate of The George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She completed her residency in Family Practice at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center St. Margaret. Dr. McCullum practiced as a board certified family physician in York prior to turning her attention to cosmetic dermatology. Over the past twelve years of practicing cosmetic dermatology, Dr. McCullum has pioneered the use of Botox, cosmetic fillers and laser treatments in both York and Adams Counties. She is also an expert in Sclerotherapy treatment for over thirty years.
Dr. McCullum's goal is to provide her clients with the best possible outcomes and experience in meeting their cosmetic goals. Thanks to her attention to detail and expertise, Dr. McCullum has enabled her clients to achieve younger and healthier looking skin. |

Greg S. Forsyth, PA-C is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical School with Bachelors and Masters degrees in Physician Assistant Studies. As a Nationally Certified Physician Assistant, Greg utilized his skills in the United States Air Force's Dermatology, Internal Medicine, and Family Practice clinics. Prior to joining the Center for Cosmetic Dermatology, he worked within a solo Dermatology practice for over three years, where he performed cosmetic enhancements and treated general dermatology conditions. Greg brings over fifteen years of dermatology experience and close to nine years of cosmetic expertise to his clients. His capabilities and passion for incorporating the latest lasers, fillers, and techniques enable him to correct and minimize the effects of aging, acne, and sun damage. |

Amanda D. Heist, PA-C received her Master's degree in Health Sciences - Physician Assistant Program from Drexel University in Philadelphia. She is also a graduate of Penn State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biobehavioral Health. She is a member of the American Associates of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatologic Physician Assistants. |

Rebecca Farquhar, PA-C holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Baylor College of Medicine, School of Allied Health in Houston, Texas. She also graduated Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Exercise Science from Gettysburg College. Rebecca previously worked in a primary care family practice office for two years prior to joining our dermatology office. |
